Hamstring Super Set for those who have issues with regular RDL’s, this super set should blow up your Hams and Glutes. First movement is Hyper Extensions with Ham emphasis, with a 35 degree angle. The lower the angle, the harder the set. .. ➡️Swipe left for 2nd Movement...Seated Cable RDL’s. This is like an RDL, but different with the Cables providing tension throughout the movement. Where do you get your protein? .... plants? Right I get that but WHERE? - Well my list of protein rich foods to hit my 140g goal every day: Tofu Seitan (vital wheat gluten) TVP Bean pasta Protein powder PB2 Hälsans kök burgers, boullar, mince Tofurky Low carb bread Nutritional yeast - Fat rich food with protein Peanut butter Hemp seeds Almonds Brazil nuts - Carb rich foods with protein Lentils Edamame Beans Oats - This is in my mind very simple. Tried out my PR (personal record) for  #deadlifts tonight. Got to 2 reps at 135lbs. Couldn't do 140lbs went to lift the bar and it didn't leave the ground. But I got a lot higher than I thought I was going to as I only broke 100lbs in my normal workouts last week. Hands now hurt from holding the bar and legs are jelly.

I'll take tonight as a major win. I've been having major issues with my left knee for ages and have been Terrified to squat where some sessions cant even do body weight squats. Last week coulsnt even do a single at 265. Tonight did 3 reps at 275. I'll take it. That one split jerk doesn't look too bad 🤔 at least better than any I did before. But the one in the 2nd vid was crap 😂. So it evens out somehow. Needed to use the man's bar bc womensbar was used and it definetly makes a difference... It works okay, but you feel completely different in the complete movement. Lifting against all the bands tonight. Top set of 255 + (idk, something) for squats. I’m pretty stoked with how well I’m crushing depth lately, and feeling strong out of the hole, too. . I’ll set goals for myself now that I have no idea how I’ll achieve a year from now ... but at the same time are realistically possible for me to hit or achieve a year from now. (For example I won’t set a goal that I will be a billionaire in a year ... but I will set ambitious, realistic but ambitious goals in a year ... that will force me to have to really reach and push to hit them). I also at the same time will focus on being moderate; where before if I would do a new habit or a new diet I would be extreme to where I would make no exceptions and life and death try to stick to it 100% perfectly .. now I find that what works ideal and best is to stick to it some 80-85% ... and have he goal be progress, not perfection. Pretty good really really beats perfect , and getting better over time consistently so, over a Long sustainable period of time is the best case scenario, and the true goal and outcome that I want and have in mind. I’ve set goals for 5 years now and still have a lot I want to achieve, and a lot more I want to grow as a person and in character and stuff. But doing it so far has helped me grow a lot, to touch other people’s lives and have them touch my own, and to achieve and get to do some pretty cool things along the way. 😎😎👔🔥💵
