We should always be honest with ourselves and point out our weaknesses so we can improve. Mine are 1. Too many poptarts 🤗 and 2. My shoulders. That’s my hardest to grow area. Ever. My triceps and back prefer to take over the load in most of my exercises. Time to do a million and 1 super isolation moves to correct that. Slowly getting back to where I was. Still a caterpie not a butterfree. (If you don’t get that reference than 🤦🏻‍♀️) As far as the poptart thing. Idk. I don’t think I’ll change.

Taken moments before my headphones snapped in half RIP 💀 Real life shit: Going to change up my training and try to get excited for it again. I’m pretty unhappy with my body rn so gotta do something more about it. I’ve been working hard on a lot of things so I get stressed out and end up stress eating and justify it’s ok because I need to lift heavy (then I don’t even do that lately.) These past few weeks have been the most inconsistent I’ve been with the gym in the 2 years since I started lifting. Busy af (full-time job and home life on top of patreon and my online store), family health issues, social anxiety, sleep problems, etc but we all have shit we have to handle- hopefully body image issues will be one less soon. WANT AN INSANE GLUTE PUMP?? 🍑🤤 . . TRY using an EZ barbells for sumo deadlifts! I love this exercise because it’s super easy to perform and takes no time to set up! . . HERE HOW TO PERFORM A EZ BARBELL SUMO DEADLIFT! 😇 1️⃣. Set your stance: Your feet should be wider than shoulder-width. 2️⃣. Angle your feet: Your toes should be pointed out to roughly 45 degrees. This brings the bar closer to the centre of gravity! 3️⃣. Grip the bar: Take a closer than shoulder-width grip on the bar (either double-overhand or mixed) 🧠 mental cue: engage your lats! 🧠 4️⃣. Set your hips: How high or low you place your hips will depend on your own anatomy. But the longer your legs are the higher your hips should rest. 5️⃣. Brace: When you think you're ready to initiate the lift, take a deep breath in your diaphragm (belly) and hold it. 6️⃣. PULL! By driving the knees outwards and spreading the floor you want to pull up with a tight core and back. This transfers tension onto the hips which gives you more leverage towards the lockout! . . (Werbung)Warum feiere ich EAAs (Meine sind von  @esncom 😋) - EAAs (Essential Amino Acids) sind 8 (mit Histidin 9) lebensnotwendige Eiweißbausteine, welche der Körper nicht selber herstellen kann, aber dennoch benötigt. Ja, ihr habt richtig gelesen! Lebensnotwendig! Das bedeutet ohne EAAs sterben wir früher oder später. Um genau zu sein, werden wir erst unsere eigenen Muskeln auflösen um an EAAs zu gelangen und dann sterben wir. Was wir dagegen tun können ist ziemlich simpel: Essen. - Der Körper kann EAAs nicht herstellen, somit „sucht“ er in unserem System so lange bis er fündig wird, sollte mal eine Aminosäure fehlen. Dies macht er entweder in unserer proteinreichen Sportlernahrung (Aminosäurepool), oder falls er dort nichts findet in unseren Muskeln (Funfact am Rande für alle Veganer, solltet ihr mal katabol sein esst ihr Fleisch, sogar euer eigenes 😁). Da unser Ziel der Erhalt bzw. Aufbau von Muskelmasse ist benötigt unser Körper jeden Tag EAAs. 👉Shoulder pump up 👈 . When  @chloefaysmith first came to me, she had problems with turning her ice cream truck driving wheel past 45 degreees both left and right . That as well as enjoying a shoulder pump at the end of her sessions brought me to this . . This is actually a really good one for those who have a tendency to elevate through their traps when performing shoulder exercises . . The position of the cable attachment encourages shoulder depression, it really pulls the scapular into place, and we are able to work up and down with constant tension, turning the bar as we make our way to the top will alter which part of the deltoid we are working (more into lateral/medial) - as well as different sides of her rotator cuff work having to do more assistive/stabilisation work to compensate for the movement - there is also an element of anti rotation as well so Chlo notes that she could also feel her core . . With this one - pick a weight that feels roughly 6-7/10 and go for a timed period of 45-60 seconds - the pump will be real - 2 sets should be plenty . . 💯 Progress 💯 It’s always a tough time over Christmas to keep on track & still head to where you want to be with regards to your goals. BUT it is still possible 💡 . . . These photos taken one the beginning of December the other Jan 23rd (7 weeks apart) show how my client Sarah has still kept on track for her wedding 👰🏻  #operationweddingdress . . . 7 weeks later: ✅ Stronger - specifically on upper body now being able to bench 40kg ✅ Bodyfat down 1.5 % ⬇️ ✅ Lean muscle gain 💪🏻👌🏻 ✅ Weight down by 5ibs (including the Xmas period of over eating 🥰) Here you can SEE 👀 how her waist has cinched in, her back is tapering in 👌🏻 and her WHOLE figure has this lovely shape. I mean she was gorgeous before but she’s going to look even more gorgeous in that wedding dress by the time we’ve completed our plan 👗 . . .
