When you tried to inspire someone new to the gym, but scared them instead. There was a young man asking to learn squats and got scared to try after I went beyond 3 45 plates. You have to be the last man standing to understand the concept of working hard and repetition. Keep going at it till you can perfect what your trying to achieve. A lot of these instagrammers are fake on here trying to make a quick buck so don’t listen to nonsense stuff about you have to buy this and buy that. You do you but also have that mindset that your willing to be put in the work. After all, hard work does pay off!😉 - I was a skinny little kid back in the day but if I had listen to a bunch a nonsense about what you can and can’t accomplish and had that on the back of my mind all the time, I would have never been able to get to where I am today.  #Deadlifts 💪🏻⁣ ⁣ I’m Starting to incorporate this exercise in my routine because it is a strength exercise that works several muscles, including your back, glutes and legs. Its one of only a handful of exercises that target muscles in the upper and lower body👌🏻⁣ ⁣ How to deadlift:⁣ ⁣ Keep your back straight. Push through your heels, extend your legs and move into a fully upright standing position, with the bar hanging in front of your thighs.
