Récapitulatif sur mes 20 kg de perdus. J’ai commencé en mars 2018 à 83 kg ( je n’ai plus de honte à le dire ) pour finir à 63 kg en janvier 2019. Bien avant d’apprendre à mieux manger et non pas de faire un régime j’avais essayé déjà divers régimes. Impossible, je reprenais de suite mes kg perdus. Puis j’ai décidé de faire du crossfit en décembre 2017. Je ne pensais jamais refaire du sport mais une de mes collègues m’a motivé pour m’y remettre. Au début, malgré mes efforts je ne perdais rien du tout et j’ai compris alors que je mangeais très mal. En mars 2018 j’ai eu un gros déclic, j’en avais assez de me trouver grosse. J’ai commencé à me renseigner toute seule pour faire un rééquilibrage alimentaire par internet et sur des livres. C’était déjà assez dur, je perdais légèrement. Au moi de mai une personne m’a parlé d’un monsieur qui suivait très bien les personnes pour la perte de poids et j’ai donc décidé de le consulter. Il m’a appris à mieux manger, par calorie, en ayant le droit de manger de tout, même du fromage. Par moment c’est très difficile mais je n’ai jamais craqué sauf durant la période de Noël et nouvel an où j’avais repris 1 kg mais sinon aucune reprise de poids. Maintenant que j’ai atteint mon objectif, j’aimerais continuer à perdre 5 kg. Sur le coup c’était tellement difficile qu’au final j’ai trouvé ça facile. Tous le monde est capable, il faut juste de la bonne volonté et le déclic pour aller jusqu’au bout. Siamo al mesociclo centrale dove i carichi iniziano ad avvicinarsi alle percentuali sub-massimali e il corpo iniza a sfruttare i compensi per "chiudere" ogni singola ripetizione. In questa giornata fatta insieme,io ed Andrea ci siamo concentrati sullo squat,cercando di limare ogni piccolo difetto per rendere l'alzata il più possibile fluida e dinamica. Cosa abbiamo notato?! Che durante la fase eccentrica,all'avvicinarsi della rottura della linea immaginaria del parallelo,Andrea smetteva di spingere con i glutei e pensava a solo ed esclusivamente a rompere il parallelo. Il Feedback che lo ha aiutato a tenere attiva la bassa schiena e a restare in spinta con i glutei è stato quello di (pensare e continuare) a spingere i glutei "in dietro" e "spingere" le ginocchia verso l'esterno durante la fase di risalita (concentrica) La differenza è sostanziale,la velocità del bilanciere è più elevata e l'alzata decisamente più dinamica.. - Un esercizio che può aiutarlo/aiutarci a controllare questi movimenti è sicuramente un box Squat. О режиме. (Или почему я не пускаю на тренировку без кроссовок, помимо гипотетической опасности получить травму из-за компрессионной нагрузки). В тот момент, как только Вы приняли решение идти в зал🏃, единственной мыслью, Вас занимающей, должно быть не желание пойти и купить себе новую форму и разноцветные бутылочки с водой, не страх перед нагрузками, который рисует заранее великолепные картины Вашего "бурлачества" на тренировках, а такая простая вещь как РЕЖИМ. С него всё начинается, им и заканчивается. Мы должны следить за приемами пищи в зависимости от наших целей в зале (до и после тренировок), помнить о необходимом количестве воды, и самое главное ОБО СНЕ🌚 Взрослый человек должен спать не менее 7—8 часов в сутки, это мы знаем, но часто не соблюдаем эти условия. Как помочь себе приблизиться к необходимой цели? Чтобы сон был здоровым, перед сном не рекомендуется употреблять возбуждающие, крепкие напитки (чай, кофе) и острые блюдам. Последний приём пищи за 1,5—2 часа до сна( чтобы еда успела перевариться, иначе Ваша голова заснет, а вот желудку придется работать дальше😥) На ночь необходимо хорошо проветрить помещение. И это только общая первая Ваша формация на пути к здоровью и спорту. Все эти этапы очень важны, в противном случае физические нагрузки могут нанести скорей вред организму, чем наоборот. Возвращаясь к заголовку данной публикации, теперь Вы, надеюсь, поймёте логику: о какой тренировке может быть речь и что ещё может быть забыто, не выполнено, чему не предано должного и внимания и значения, если на тренировку мы не взяли даже КРОССОВКИ?😐 Я очень надеюсь, что помогаю всем, кто это читает. Workout all day long and ignore all adult responsibilities. That’s how i felt today. Full body circuit workout ➡️tractor tire exercise along with frog jumps(6 round)➡️ Skierg for 5 min (Fat burning cardio machine) ➡️TRX exercise; your whole middle needs to work to stay stable.
