Easy way to remember you always do 11 reps for push bench+push ups, deadlifts+pull ups or 11 reps for bench+deadlifts and push ups+pull ups. Pick appropriate weight to finish all the way thru while moving the whole time. My skin and hair, needs some extra TLC these days.. It tends to get super dry and frizzy and flies away with the static caused by winter clothes. My rescue product for hair- the Best Life conditioner, applied generously to damp, hair, pre-wash.
